Sweet Caroline's Pizzeria & Creamery

So good!! If you haven’t tried Sweet Caroline’s yet, I highly recommend it!! Food was great, and so was the service, really nice experience all around!

The service is, without a doubt, fantastic. The atmosphere is calm and quiet and they even had Christmas music playing in the TV. However, the food was not great. The pizza and garlic bread had more grease than the front end of my truck and the cheese on the pizza was chewy instead of smooth. The soap dispenser in the bathroom didn't work and had no manual function so there was no way to get any soap. The emergency exit was blocked by boxes and chairs. So better hope there's no need to use it.

This is an extremely difficult review to accurately leave. The cheese and additional toppings on the pizza were absolutely phenomenal (dill pickle as well as hot honey sausage pizzas). The let down was in that the crust is essentially like frozen pizza or high volume pizza buffet crust. I consider this a glaring shortcoming for a restaurant that bills itself as a pizzeria. I have never been to another "pizzeria" where there wasn't someone tossing and spreading fresh dough before each pizza got made. Ultimately, this led me to feeling like the hot honey sausage pizza I had was hands down the best frozen pizza or (Cici's pizza) I have ever eaten in my life. Was really excited for more options in Leeds, but was hit with a pretty heavy letdown. My Philly barely had anything on it. Was a sad sandwich. Would be willing to try again if I hear things change. I want them to succeed, but I personally cannot justify buying a sandwich that’s 90% bread. Also the other two sandwiches we got were just like this, barely anything in them.

So excited to have them in Leeds. Sadly, disappointed in both the sandwiches and service. Hopefully it’s just because they are new and will modify some things. I ordered a sandwich and a pizza for our family. My sandwich came and barely had anything on it. For an Italian sub I expected much more. It was very well toasted bread and a couple slices of meat. They brought my sandwich but not our pizza. I was finished with my sandwich long before the pizza arrived. Apparently they cleared the board but didn’t deliver it so it was just sitting there getting cold. Employees even asked if we were waiting on anything when they delivered the sandwich and I confirmed the pizza but a cold pizza 20 minutes later was the result. I’ll give them another try but my expectations aren’t very high at the mome
