Taco Bell

Everytime I’ve been at this Taco Bell they’ve been nothing but rude, they slam the drive through door in our face, food is good but not their service. If you’re gonna work in a fast food restaurant have better customer service or don’t be working there if you can’t handle it! Very disappointed

Taco Bell is exactly what you expect: questionable decisions, great taste, and zero regrets… until later. The food hits the spot when you’re craving it, but accuracy and speed are a bit of a gamble. Not amazing, not terrible—just classic Taco Bell doing Taco Bell things.

I might do Taco Bell 4 times a year. This specific place is why it is 3 stars. In Oakland, everything has been fantastic. This LaVale location, the chips were so dry and no flavor, both crunch wraps in the order were burnt and ALL of the sour cream and cheese was at 1 end. My son's "hot" coffee was luke warm and watered down (we actually heard them speaking about this. One worker said, "I made it iced." And the other said, "No it was supposed to be hot". So, they took out the ice and poured in some hot water. Unreal. This LaVale location needs a wake up call. Because next time, we are going to the Mexican restaurant across the street for the same price and MUCH better service!!!

I am very disappointed because we got our food and it was all made with beef. We first off sat there for over 15 minutes and didn’t even get our drinks we ordered and when we tried to get to talk to someone about it no one came up so we left without the drinks we paid for. Secondly when I bit into my taco I realized it tasted off and I opened it and there was chicken in my taco alongside beef also being in my taco. It honestly ruined my meal. The picture I posted with this is the amount of chicken I pulled off of my taco which was supposed to be beef!! I am again very disappointed especially since we ended up not getting the drinks we paid for!!

No breakfast even though the sign says they do. This was very annoying for me and my family who went out of our way to get breakfast here after seeing their sign on line.
