Taco Bell

Placed my order at the kiosk and was able to pay cash quickly at register. Food was mostly very good, but the Cinnamon Twists had no flavor. I asked a guy behind the counter and he said they were limited on how much they can put on them. He offered another one, but I could tell it was just as plain. Natasha, the same employee that rang me up, helped me change them to nachos and had a great smile. She made the entire visit valued. Really disappointed in the White Twists that Taco Bell is putting out these days.

Everytime we go now we are disappointed with something.. lately it's been hair in the food so we stopped going. Well, my teen begged me last night so for her we went again to our local Lagrange Taco Bell. Typed into Google if it's required to wear a hair net (which, yes it is not only at the company level, but also state) we don't normally go inside, so we finally figured out what the issue is. Not even nice tamed hair. This is gross. Oh and the rude girl on the phone? Sat like that until she got snarky at people for needing things. Won't go back. Ever.

Stopped by this Taco Bell for the first time, and I have to say this is the saddest chalupa I have ever received in my life. There’s barely any toppings inside and the shell is very stale and hard. I also paid extra to have rice put in my burrito and there was none. This was very disappointing and I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Very clean, staff was nice, and the food was fixed properly. All in all very pleasant experience.

Called to ask when the lobby closed. Was told midnight. Arrived at 11:15. Doors locked. I called and asked why, the manager told me, "Because I wanted to". Unprofessional. At least I'm not a local.
