Taco Bell

The Taco Bell by Walmart in kingwood has always been really good to me and my wife. They have greeted us by name and usually the manager starts our order when we walk in. It has delivered good food and has had timely service.

Went through the drive-through this morning got a crunch wrap supreme no tomatoes, a bean burrito three soft tacos, beef the lettuce on those tacos were nasty. I bought these for friends for us to have for lunch and we couldn’t even eat them. It was gross. The lettuce was brown and you could tell with it be in pre-bag lettuce that it had a smell to it Very disappointed.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been. Every employee was rude. I had my client with me so it was a lunch outing for her and she only had cash. So I ordered on the kiosk and stood in line, waiting to pay since you can’t pay cash at the kiosk. And a male employee on the back line made a comment about being stared at etc. One, he wasn’t being stared at, people were trying to be patient in line and two, it was rude in general to talk about customers in front of their face. When it was time to receive my order, I was watching a client that couldn’t be left alone, my coworkers who were with me and at the front counter said that she’d hand it to me. One of the female employee that put the tray on the counter made a comment and shook her head and walked away. I’m not sure why that was nece

I was here the first day. It was really busy, but their service was fast and friendly! The food was good. I'm glad Bruceton Farm Service doesn't own this place. This review would probably be a lot different.

Love the reviews from people thinking taco bell pays employees enough that they should have to try at their jobs, they go above and beyond here for what little they're paid. I don't even want to visit Morgantown locations in comparison.
