Little Caesars Pizza

Our pizza was good. However, we paid for extra toppings and they were barley there.

I’ve been eating from this little caesar for around 14 years now, I just started doing online pickup this year. I’ve ordered a total of four times and 2 out of those four times I didn’t get what I ordered, or something was wrong. The one time I ordered and paid for a stuffed pretzel crust which when I obtained, did not have cheese in the crust. This time I ordered a slice n stix combination with bacon and an extra crazy sauce. Upon getting my order I was met with one crazy sauce which I just took and left thinking It’d be fine, but when I got home and opened the box it was just a classic pepperoni. I am incredibly displeased and disappointed.

The pizza is good, service is ok when you can get it.. It's hard to pre-order when they won't answer the phone and they are usually sold out of the "hot & ready" stuff..

We are out-of-town-ers. This location’s owners or top management do not train their teams well. The team member working the night of my experience wasn’t allowed to do any transaction other than receiving money. They couldn’t give a refund/partial refund without calling the owner, but the owner didn’t pick up. The program this location issues requires the card used to be present for the refund/partial refund, which is a very common practice. But because the employee working isn’t trained to do other types of transactions, the employee sent us away thinking a refund/partial refund could be done remotely. This resulted in us losing $24.xx. We left the product that was supposed to be refunded like idiots. Just to add, somewhere in a phone conversation the owner said we would get a full refund

The whole team manager all the way down need to be retrained to know their menu/what they offer and how to use their system especially customer service! What an awful experience!!!! Looked like a control issue gone wrong!
