I think this might be like the second review I’ve ever written. I left work and my son asked for Taco Bell. I spent $34. I don’t expect it to be an amazing meal ok, it’s Taco Bell. But this was the worst it’s ever been. I just got home and I’m missing the Mexican pizza (pretty large item in a box), one Doritos locos taco (of the 4 I ordered) had the meat in the shell but the lettuce and cheese were outside of it. Oh and I ordered supreme (she asked if I wanted supreme), the shells for the Doritos locos tacos tasted terrible/stale, and the woman working didn’t have good customer service. She didn’t smile once. Look, I get it, you work at Taco Bell. But do you really have to be so miserable?! I smile and thank everyone. Even if I’m exhausted and having a bad day. I’m too tired to go back out
This guy that looks like his name is Tyler blessed up and made are food with love and joy. He had accidentally forgotten one small item and sprinted to the car to make sure we had a great experience. Love you Tyler
Went through drive through. Didn't see a place to order, pulled up to the window you have to drive around the building to place your order then back around to pick up your food. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a drink. The fries and drink was good but the chicken was in a mess of hot sauce. It was one big mess. The chicken was very hard to chew. I was not thrilled with that at all. It didn't say anything on the sign about hot sauce,it just said spicy chicken. The sauce was just everywhere. My grandson son got the Taco Bell part of it and he didn't even need all his He complained about some of his so I don't know exactly what was wrong with his
Went thru drive thru, very quick even though there was a line. Order was accurate and food good. Had a Chicken ranch avocado flat for the first time. It was so good, very filling.
I was only person in drive thru and had to wait forever to get my food. Then had over half my food missing. Just to see they just had my food sitting on counter. Really need better management
