Bollinger's Restaurant and Uncle Dirtys Brew Works

I don't get wowed by BBQ often, and I have been to a lot, but this was DELICIOUS! Had the 10 oz turkey plate w broccoli and sweet potato. Plenty for two people and everything was perfectly perfect. Casual place with a hometown feel... I Will drive North this route just to come here again!

This is my first time here as I was visiting the Grotto. I’m truly glad I found this place! This place is easy to access and is very clean inside. I ordered the half rack of ribs and they were delicious. The waitress recommended the pepper slaw and it was quite good. My family member ordered a brisket sandwich and it came with a house made white BBQ sauce… (now let me tell you that sauce needs a patent!). As for my other family member they ordered the fully loaded Chicago Dog and they really enjoyed it. Bollinger’s has been around since 1946 and they will continue to serve fantastic food! Went to Bollinger's Restaurant for lunch yesterday during Colorfest. The brisket sandwich was the best I've ever had. They were extremely busy, but the staff was still very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place if you like great BBQ!

Update: Our second visit was as good as the first. Offically our favorite bbq/brewery in the area. We just had our first dinner here. I had the 1/2 rack of ribs with baker and pepper slaw. My wife had the chicken wings. Both were delicious. And the brewery beers! I had the mango jalapeño draft. My wife had a strawberry flavored brew. Both were excellent. Our server, Aaliyah, was friendly, prompt and just a joy. We are fulltime RVers and love visiting local spots. This one ranks with the best. We will be back!

Super cute place and good food. The baked potato with broccoli and cheese was baked to perfection.
