Taco Bell / KFC

I typically don't write these reviews but I cant find a place to fill out a survey. I just moved to the area 4 months ago and have been by 3 or 4 times. The food has been consistent and what you could expect. However, the service has been noticeably exceptional and I feel these workers deserve recognition for it. It has become very rare for fast food workers in general to ask about your day and genuinely care what your answer is. Tonight my driver thru worker was Nicole and I think she's been it one other time. I cant remember the others names but Nicole is not the only one. Kudos to this crew. God Bless.

Always check your food especially if you're buying drive through in Ruckersville, they always skimp you and forget something, 99% of the time you're missing something. (Edit) Went from 2 stars to 1, as I was eating my chalupa I found plastic in it! Disgusting don't eat here! I'm done giving this taco bell any more chances enough is enough!

Check your order. We asked when they handed it to us and they reassured us that it was all there. We get home and were missing two items. We drove back and they gave them to us, an additional 30 minute round trip for crunch wraps. Don't believe when they tell you they checked it, just hold up the line and check in the drive thru to save yourself time and gas. We asked for no sour cream on the wrap and of course there was sour cream. Overall horrible take out experience.

I went to get some mashed potatoes and gravy and some coleslaw slaw. The coleslaw slaw was terrific but the potatoes were translucent and I could literally pour them onto the plate and they made a big puddle.

I went through drive thru, I person taking the order rung up the wrong item, didn't clarify if order was correct. At the window I told her I wanted two of the 3.00 grilled burrito. I had to ask for a receipt then when I pulled away and checked the order she has rung up three chipotle ranch grilled burritos. I came back around to get it fixed, the cashier and manager argued that I was incorrect because the steak is grilled on one and burrito is grilled on the other. I showed the menu picture on the app, both say grilled stuffed. After further arguing I asked for a refund to which I was told id have to come inside. I had come out for a drive thru run no shoes which I explained. The manager still refused and slammed the window. My wife had to go in in her night clothes to get our refund
