Taco Bell / KFC

We was on a little out of town trip to Cameron Missouri. Thought we would stop at a local KFC - Taco Bell to get a bite to eat. We ordered two Mexican pizzas and some nacho chips. I use my credit card to pay, and then after receiving the paper ticket noticed that the price was way higher than it should have been. $24.50 with tax. The ticket said Mexican pizza 2 taco sub, not sure what this is but we didn't order it. I asked if they could correct it and credit my card. They said they could not credit my card, but they could give me some type of credit next time I was in the store on a future order. We was from out of town I might never be here again. I asked if we could have a gift card, so I could use it at another KFC - Taco Bell, they said they couldn't. Okay, I'm basically out about 10

Edit to add- this is what our burritos looked like after waiting. Barley bigger than a sauce packet and COLD If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely horrible service, rude employees and slow service. Went through the drive through, ordered and paid, then was parked for 25+ minutes. Will not be coming back.

Service is very slow. The chicken is so dark and greasy you can tell its cooked in old used dirty oil. We didn't order any taco bell food because we know its not made with real meat. Its all meat fillers and way over priced. If you like to eat healthy I do NOT recommend going here for anything to eat.

I’ve seen some pretty rough Taco Bell and KFCs both, but this might take the cake. Took them a few minutes to take our order, as soon as we do order, 2 gentlemen come to the front to tell them they had both been waiting about 20/30 minutes.. shouldn’t known right then. They finally got the men their orders, but then they kept handing out orders to those that ordered well after us.. took them about 20 minutes to bring out our food, which was completely missing a box. Then when we finally got the eat the chicken had hardly any meat on it and was cold.. how was it cold?! They were also out of butter and salt, which explains why the corn was so disgusting. One gentleman tried to kind-of apologize for our wait, but it was insane. They weren’t even that busy, the people in the back were just sup

So I only go through the drive through and each time I do something is wrong or missing. The last time I went I told them "yesterday when I got food for my family, they shorted my son his fries", they gave him an extra order of fried the next day. My boy was happy so who am I to complain?
