Wendy's

The food was very phenomenal and very tasty in terms of the situation that we’ve been traveling for so long and we needed something in our diet because we’ve been traveling for 10 hours. Jaden, I also wanna get to the service because it was so clean with them too That I don’t know how McDonald’s can’t keep up. The atmosphere was OK I would say because if you were to think of it, it was a little bit trash, which I’m not gonna be mad about it because it was probably the customers that were being so annoying and they just leave trash anyways, very well done Wendy’s, especially the service people who did our order.

My wife picked up some food for the kids, including a ten piece nugget (but only got 8) and a large fry (uh...) She called and the guy on the phone was very gracious and offered to fix it, totally redeemed themselves. Just left this left this location. The girl at the front taking orders was nice. She told me sit itll be awhile they are going to make my food fresh. I sit for less than 2 minutes the food was ready . I walk back to my room less than 5 my burger is freezing cold and dry . My nuggets were old I seen a basket of nuggets sitting in the fryer when I got there the cook gave me those old nuggets. Also when I walked in he had on white gloves crawling on the floor looking for something hopefully he changed them

This Wendy’s was a perfect stop on our trip! It was quick and easy to get in and out, which is exactly what you want when you're on the road. The staff was friendly and provided great service. Being attached to the gas station made it super convenient for a one-stop pit stop. If you're looking for a fast, hassle-free meal while traveling, this is a great choice!

Passing through on business and had a meal. The staff was courteous and the food was good. However, the reason for this review is neglected to grab my receipt for my expense report. I had to call back and JOHN worked through the system and was able to get my receipt and send it to me so that I could complete my reporting. That extra mile of customer service is unheard of these days and was highly appreciated. John, thank you for your commitment to customer service and for going the extra mile for a customer you'd probably otherwise never see again.
