Taco Bell

This is Kahului's original location. It was completely rebuilt a few years ago. Not having them around for several months was torture! Nothing really beneficial was accomplished aside from looking prettier. The drive thru is still narrow and the dining room the same size. I have favorites, like everyone else does. First and foremost, I'm ecstatic they brought back the Mexican Pizza. If you're missing the MexiMelt, order the Cheesy Rollup and add ground beef & pico. It tastes 99% the same. Crunchy tacos never disappoint. TIP: Order via the app to earn points, save time and once in a while be treated to app-exclusive items.

Recently visited Taco Bell and had a really enjoyable experience. The food was delicious, exceeding my expectations for fast food. I tried lots of food, and it was flavorful and well-prepared. The service was quick and friendly, which added to the overall positive experience. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable dining atmosphere. Overall, I'm impressed with the quality and service at this Taco Bell location and would definitely recommend it to anyone craving tasty and affordable fast food.. fyi.. no bathrooms there

Food is ok but not as hot/fresh/good as many other Taco Bell locations. The inside is FREEZING. They must spend a fortune on AC keeping it as cold as possible to discourage anyone from sitting inside and enjoying their food. It is beyond any level of comfort and clearly a tactic to get people out. Every customer that came in made comments about how cold it is. Some stated they were going to go eat in their car because it’s too cold. I have been here many times over the past 6 months and it is freezing every time. Sometimes we go to the one across town so we can actually sit and eat. A lackluster experience over all. We sure do miss the Taco Bell in Lahaina that was always hot and fresh.

Of course we had to get the nacho fries. They were good. We got the nacho box, chalupa box and nacho fries box. Came out fast and hot. Delicious as always. I wish the staff were a bit friendlier but they are never rude and I've always gotten what I ordered.

The Taco Bell restaurants here also serve a limited menu of personal pan pizzas and breadsticks from Pizza Hut (another subsidiary of Yum! Brands). Service is relatively quick, the restaurant is well kept, and the menu items are fairly priced for what you get. It has been many years since the restaurant was last overhauled, and it shows with how the chair legs have developed patina and the tables are kept from wobbling with bunched up napkins, but the tables, seats and countertops are always kept pretty clean. At the time of this review, this taco bell just brought back its heavily marketed "nacho fries" with the tagline "Season two, seasoned too".
