Taco Bell

The service was horrible, I waited 15 min after I ordered for someone to ask if I had been helped but had time to make out and chill with friends. Drive through was busy but there was no one else in the lobby at all. Then the lady proceeds to tell me to leave and called me disrespectful for telling her, in a calm voice, it was crazy that out of the 8+ people working it took that long to help me. I had already placed my order when I walked in they just never made it.

we went through the drive through and it took like 25 minutes and they gave us the wrong order. we also ordered a quesadilla and they forgot the cheese on it… they were friendly and nice though.

Gone here so many times and after like twenty times they have only gotten my order right once or twice. Went against my better judgment today and they shorted me 2 of my 8 items. Service is just pathetic here. Dont go, you wont get all of your stuff here.

Girl in the drive through today was so rude. She kept talking over us and ignoring things we said about our order. Ended up still putting down the wrong thing after we said it 3 times while she interrupted and cut us off rudely with an attitude. The food was well made, but it was a horrible experience. Get a different job if you hate it that much.

There seems to be systemic issues at this location going back to when they first opened that the owners still haven't fixed. Either the owners are forcing staff to hand out improperly made food (especially the stale nacho fries, always eat some before leaving) or the owners simply won't pay their staff enough to care about food safety or quality.
