Taco Bell

The person at the speaker was incredibly rude. They were supposed to be open at 9 am and we had placed a mobile order already (our order was placed at 10:50) . When we pulled up the restaurant, the person rudely stated “we’re not open yet”. When asked when they would be open, the reply was “when I get some workers”. While I can sympathize with this, the mobile ordering should have been turned off and the person should have been friendlier.

Come on. The girl working was nice, had me pull forward and wait 10 minutes or so for my food. That’s long for Taco Bell and she apologized. But the order was completely wrong, not even close, and cold? My 16 dollar order was likely given to another car in exchange for 2 cold tacos and some terrible chicken thing.

This is the very first time that I had gone to Taco Bell after it was Remodeld because, for one, I don't go to this side of town very often, but I was craving some of the stuff on their menu, so I decided to go inside and get something to eat. I stood in front of the place for about five minutes before a lady up in front told me to use the screen up in front since I don't think that they take front orders anymore; I don't know if I liked that because for one that means I have to do all the work, but I won't be one of those angry older people who complain about literally every single thing. I had chosen what I wanted to eat, and while waiting, I decided to use the restroom with a considerable upgrade. I loved the lobby of the bundling because it looked so much nicer than it used to be when

Love taco bell but this was a rough visit. No one up front so everyone ordered through the kiosk. Orders were taking 20 mins and as I stood there most orders were wrong for one reason or another. There was no one up front to ask for assistance. Felt bad for the workers but none of them would make eye contact with anyone in the lobby.

9 dollar box was ok, the burrito was a little spicy, which we did not like. The chalupa was excellent. Would just order chalupas next time.
