I’ve ordered the supreme party pack that comes with twelve tacos with tomatoes and sour cream and every single one of them were the regular beef tacos with lettuces and cheese. Didn’t find out till I got back home in Bismarck

You do your own order using a kiosk, pick up your food, pay at the kiosk, clean your table. There is no register and no one up front.NO SERVICE PROVIDED HERE...if you have problems with the kiosk or food order... you have to yell back into the kitchen for help. They are busy with orders from the drive thru window. They placed our order on a shelf for call in orders and did not yell our name it was ready. Someone took our order!! No one around to ask where our order was. Frustrating!!! Never will do business there again...

We usually never had a problem with this location. The food is good and people are friendly. However last night, we noticed something floating around in one of our drinks. Don’t know what it is, nor do I care to know. Clean y’all’s machines better. This is disgusting.

Ordered the crispy chicken taco with the orange colored sauce, and they gave me ranch instead, I also asked for no lettuce, and no pico and it was supposed to come with purple cabbage but they didn’t include the purple cabbage. Beyond that the tortillas on the two burritos were absolutely not cooked, and everything tasted off. I’m hoping my tummy is okay later🙏 I think I’m just going to have to give up on Taco Bell in hot springs. Every Taco Bell in hot springs consistently messes up orders. I have been to all 3 Taco Bell locations in hot springs and literally every time they mess something/everything up. It’s insane, I’m flabbergasted and I don’t know if it’s just happening to me or if it’s happening to everyone. I honestly don’t know how any of them are still open. Shut em down and bring

Crunch wraps had almost 0 meat just like the other multiple places I've gotten one. When they first came out they were great then turned to junk so quit getting them at that location. I've tried 3 other locations or so since and guess I'll give up and assume they just don't add much meat anymore. Tasted like tortilla with nacho cheese, sour cream, and a little lettuce. It was edible but nowhere near what I was wanting as they were when they first hit the menu.
