The Reserve at Hot Springs

We stayed at The Reserve at Hot Springs for an extended weekend recently and had a wonderful time! Breathtakingly beautiful gated historic property! The staff is so attentive and courteous. The rooms and the property overall are beautifully appointed with all of the amenities you would expect and more! Incredibly tasty daily breakfast offering! The decor was fantastic! Treats in our room when we arrived were so special! And daily offerings in the butler's kitchens were generous. Will definitely stay again!

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! Immaculately beautiful grounds and a restored historical home with charm and elegance. The staff welcomed us upon arrival with cheer and a smile. Halloween dinner event was the night of arrival and the chefs’ three course meal was delicious and creative. We enjoyed hiking outdoors at the numerous parks around Hot Springs and the pre-arranged opportunities at Hot Springs Health and Fitness in town that the family host team had set up for us. The breakfasts are savory and well-presented as prepared by their two chefs. You can’t miss by staying at this property as Mark, Rhonda, Katelyn and their team are top-shelf and personable.

We spent a wonderful, relaxing 2 nights at the Reserve. Everything about this place exceeded our expectations: the house is beautiful and so beautifully and thoughtfully furnished and decorated; the hosts were gracious and welcoming; there were lovely fresh flowers everywhere, and small touches that make a big difference, such as welcome prosecco and delicious home-made cookies. The breakfasts were delicious and original, with different dishes each morning, and freshly squeezed orange juice. We have travelled a lot around the world, and stayed in wonderful places, and can’t recommend The Reserve highly enough.

Let me start by saying that this was our first BnB experience and Mark and Rhonda did not set the bar high for future BNB experiences. They set that bar in Heaven. I legitimately dont see how anything else will be able to compare. The photos honestly dont do the property justice. There is so much CHARM at this place, i was in love. Everything was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and CLEAN. Mark and Rhonda met us in the parking lot. Which should tell you everything about the kind of people they are. You can tell they have had experience in the industry and they were so kind. Our room was gorgeous, we were greeted with treats and a glass of champagne. The owners are delightful and were absolutely committed to making our stay perfect. If you’re anywhere near Hot Springs, you’ll be as delighted as we were. Highly recommended!
