Taco Bell

I just want to give this taco bell location a very big shout out. Thank u for the bean and rice burrito and supreme hard shell taco and letting me charge my phone and get some work done. This location is a very pretty store and the staff is kind. I love all the Christmas Decorations. It's a new location. Come visit and let em know the General says hi.

We ordered at 9:30 pm in store & waited 15 minutes to get our food for takeout. The burritos were cold .service is terrible there No sauce packets,no k napkins ,& no nachos we ordered I called & complain We spent $56 & never go to this storev

The SMW Taco Bell continues to disappoint. The customer service is always less than up to par but they've out done themselves by turning the lobby/dining area into an igloo! I'm not talking about it being cold in the place, I'm saying FRIGID. The temperature was so cold that customers, being complete strangers, were remarking about it. It is always cold in the place but today was unbearable. When I mentioned it to the server, she said,"you want your food in a bag?" Very indifferent and non-caring attitude. I had intended to dine in, but because of the frigid temperature, I took my food and left. You could hang meat in that place! Something needs to be done with the management of that place for alot of reasons but basic creature comfort tops the list! Take a heavy coat if you intend to go

Newer and clean restaurant. However, we were not happy that 9 people with multiple box orders all were served our food in one big pile. We would have appreciated not to have to dig through everything to find everyone’s order. Also one of the workers lied to me and said the cash register at the front “automatically closes down at 10” so he couldn’t ring up a couple cinnamon twists, when the next person walked up and rang it up and took my money. I don’t appreciate being lied to just because you want us gone faster. Also the drink machine was not working at all.

I waited 40 minutes for cold crap that wasn’t even correct despite being the only customer waiting for some time. I’ve never seen such disgusting alleged food before anywhere. This will be my last Taco Bell order anywhere.
