Taco Bell

I ordered food from my hotel room and received a bag of cold, and tasteless items. My drink must’ve been sitting a long time because it was watered down with hardly any ice left in it. The bowl that I paid $10 for barely had any chicken in it and it definitely was skimpy!!!! Like why even sell that as a meal when it’s clearly a side dish. A small chins would be pleased but not an adult of any kind. At least my cheese was still a bit hot but nothing else was!!! I was very upset and I wouldn’t DARE order from here if I’m ever in this part of VA again. The picture of the bowl may seem like it’s a lot but that bowl is small and thin. My driver was very nice though.

This is the worst taco bell I have ever eaten at. I have eaten at this place several times And I always order the same thing. When I got my food, it was wrong, and some of my order was missing. I went to the counter and spoke with an employee. I tried to give her the food back that was not right, and told her again what I had ordered. She just walked away. I thought I would get the food that I ordered and paid for. I went to the counter 3 times and spoke to the same employee about getting the food that I paid for. After 30 minutes of waiting while they served other customers in the restaurant and at the drive thru, it was very apparent to me that I was not going to get my food. I spoke with the manager and told her that I wanted a refund. She refused to give me a refund. I never got my

This is a three star across the board really. Service was a bit lacklustre, the place was not really all that clean, and yet, the food was hot and delicious. This was my first visit, so it may be better or worse when you go. All in all, it was okay.

Mountain dew was out, brisk tea turned out to be out and the sweet tea was rancid My chicken tender on my ranchero was so old and nasty Staff doesn't care and the management is an absolute joke. Every time I give this taco bell a second chance it disappoints me. Ownership are trash cans. Complete waste of money. Can't even keeps popular drinks fresh and in stock 6/27/2025

This location went above and beyond. They missed part of my order but went above and beyond to fix it. The young man was honest with me as ti what happen and remade my food fresh. He was very personable and apologetic. Great staff
