The kiosk has destroyed america. I am 62 retired design engineer worked with computers.My entire life. I could not find the beef chilupa. Nobody around to help when the lady came up.She said it's number 6 and walked away. I could only find a combo dinner with two chicken chilupas. Appears, you can only order large drinks from the kiosk? When the young girl came back, I asked her why she didn't stay to help me find the beef chalupa's she said she was too busy. I asked for a manager and they said she would be right up. She never showed up after several minutes. Two people $25. When I got ready to leave, I asked for a manager again. So disappointing. I’ve tried so many times because it’s close and convenient but I’d literally rather drive 20 minutes away for decent food and service. They have messed up my orders more than they’ve gotten them correct. I love how on the app you can make customizations to certain ingredients in foods, but at this location it’s pointless because they never listen. What if I were allergic to a certain item that I took out, but they put it in there anyway? I understand now and then, but they are always so terrible. The shells to chalupas are always stale and seem so old, the meat is crunchy, nothing is ever fresh. I’ve wasted so much money giving them chance after chance. And the staff? every single time I have ordered from there they’re rude, my order is always messed up, they don’t know how to wrap or even make a quesadilla right it’s absolutely not that hard. coming from someone that works at another Taco Bell this is the worst Taco Bell food I’ve ever seen, my cinnamon twist are always old same with the chips and cheese tasting disgusting. I try to give it another chance every time but every time it’s horrible.

The food was fast n fresh!!! The store was clean and the stuff was stocked!! Dont really like that you have to order from a kiosk especially wen a worker was at the counter and computers taking people's jobs !!

I ordered a cantina chicken bowl with an extra rice and extra sauce. There is less than normal portions of everything with no extras of what was asked. I also ordered the 9$ box and received no burrito and my chalupas were mostly empty with 3 small bits of chicken in each but ateast they put a metric ton of onions in it. Trash. I thought I went to Taco Bell not chipotle. ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS STORE.
