BIGGBY COFFEE

I stopped in to this location around 9:30 the other morning. My first visit to this location. The building is very clean and welcoming. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Service was fast and my order was perfect. I got a bear cub latte and bacon, egg, and cheese Bragel. Both were delicious. I tend to prefer Starbucks coffees over Biggby, but it is still a nice change. If you are in the area, the Hemlock Biggby is worth stopping for.

First time in awhile that I've been to a biggby, and wanted to support the new hemlock location. I've never been a huge biggby fan, but figured I've give the new shop a try. I'm glad I did. The place was super clean. The staff was super patient while I took a long time looking over the menu. I'm glad they had a print out of the menu available, since reading the menu on the wall behind the counter was super hard to read. The staff was nice and patient while I figured out the rewards app and were so friendly. The prices are high, but I had a coupon and I know they regularly have them. I really like that there are games to play out in the lobby. I would love to see more gluten free/gluten friendly options. Like a gf bragel.

Very disappointing experience. I stopped by this morning for a drink, and the customer service was poor from start to finish. I definitely would not recommend this location. My drink was also very watery.

Get coffee here multiple times a week, order is always right, fast, and workers are super friendly!

Great service. Wonderful staff. Always enjoy grabbing my coffee from this location when I am driving through. Don’t forget to tip your barista!
