Taco Bell

Me and my husband came to pick up a mobile order, stopped at the screen and they pulled up everything to make sure it was correct and told us to pull around. When we got to the window we were told that we never stopped at the window and told us to pull around again and state our order once more after waiting in line the first time. Lady at the window was extremely rude and overall terrible service!!

It is incredibly frustrating when I pay for extra chicken and extra sauce, to open up my food see that I did not get what I paid for. Every time I have gone to this location, theres been SOMETHING wrong with my food. Whether it be missing items, cold tacos or not getting what I paid for again. It is very inconvenient for me to have to drive home, then drive back for them to fix what should have been done correctly in the first place.

The older woman with missing teeth who works the registers/drive thru is very rude and really needs customer service training (I would refer to her by her name but she wasn't wearing a name tag and she was so unnecessarily hostile I didn't want to get her riled up by asking her for it) If she can't be trained then she should be put in the assembly line where she won't have to interact with customers. She doesn't know how to handle an issue without raising her voice and is easily flustered by the smallest things, even when her team made the mistake of forgetting food items that the customer paid for. I'd give her a zero out of five stars if I could. And it's also really interesting how this "Taco Bell owner" only replies to 5 star ratings but not to any reviews that are critical of this fas

Usually everything is good but today they must have new cooks or something but my burrito was hard barely got any sour cream my daughter's rice was hard and had add extras and you couldn't tell it was my worst experience yet

Taco bell is always good in my opinion Their soda machine is 100% perfect mix of carbonation and the syrup mix. Have tried several sodas and they are all perfect!
