I frequent Taco Bell, Greenwood, MS! It’s my favorite Mexican restaurant. The service and friendliness is superb. Great job always!

Just go ahead and ask what they have and what they are willing to get right..... Par for the course, most Greenwood drive-throughs don't intend to get your order right. "Tell me what you're going to give me" should be a listing on the menu.

Drive thru can’t find their butt from a hole in the ground, Food was absolutely disgusting. I got what is supposed to be a grilled melt burrito it was served with the steak cold, rice hard and it hadn’t touched a grill cheese wasn’t close to melted. Literally the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had.

The door was locked. We called to ask what time the lobby is open. The lady on the phone said, "it's open now," and hung up. We tried the other door and it was also locked. What is the point of lying to customers who are standing right there at the door trying to get in?

I ordered 2 cravings box deals and another combo. Everything was shoved in the bag and then had paper towels shoved in the top of the bag. I didn't realize till I got to the hotel or I would have went back. Please use this as an example and do better!!
