Fan and Johnny’s

We had the best fried chicken sandwich of our lives here in 2019 on my birthday. We both still dream about it. It was a “mother and her chick” type of thing with a fried egg on it. We rave about it wherever we go and can’t wait for an opportunity to visit this restaurant again someday in the future. Not sure why it took me this long to leave a review. Hopefully the sandwich will be back on the menu when we visit!

On 1/16/2026 my girlfriend & I decided to try this restaurant & was very pleased with the food, atmosphere and the service was great! Shout out to our server St at who was absolutely amazing! We will definitely be returning to Fan & Johnny's. Thank you all for a great experience.

The Catfish poboy was a little dry (bready ) and the fish had a slightly off-flavor. French fries were super tasty and in good supply. Service was good and the restaurant is obviously a local favorite.

We were there for a private event. The place is beautiful, in an awesome location downtown, and the food is top notch. The only critique I have is that the servers were not personable at all. They did a great job and served well but they seemed miserable to be doing so. Overall though, I'd highly recommend checking this place out.

I tried the catfish sandwich in a wrap and it was delicious. Would like the homemade pickle sliced and inside the wrap. Enjoyed the fresh cut fries as well.
