The constant incompetence from this location is astounding. Lack of customer service, lack of care when preparing food and general care at all is insane. Every single time something is wrong. Ordered a Crunchwrap with no sour cream add Jalapeño and add creamy Jalapeño. Came with no meat and there was sour cream and no Jalapeños and no sauce. If you don’t give a damn about your job how about you don’t have one? Just ridiculous.

Best experience I've ever had at a Taco Bell in my life. The food was not only amazing, hot, and fresh but Natalie and Stephanie made the drive thru experience so fast and delightful. I had a Diablo good time going today and can't wait to go back again. Thank you to the manager as well, they are great. Ps give the 3 of them raises they work their butts off.

The shift lead being extremely loud and complaining about everything was the start of a rough dine in experience. We used a high chair for our toddler and it appeared it had not been wiped down or cleaned in who knows how long. We left it better than we found it but will not be dining in with our toddler again. The food was okay it was fairly bland , it was hot which is was what saved our rating.

The food at Taco Bell is what it is. No expectations there. However, while we were there, one of the staff members was getting harassed by a patron. She handled it with the upmost respect and even smiled at the person when she left. I asked the staff member's name (Taylor) and told her what an awesome job she did handling the situation. She was visibly shaken and looked a bit relieved. For those showing up to work for our convenience, thank you!

We came through drive thru after being in the hospital to feed our kids. Customer service was horrible! Couldn't hear him, we asked for something and he says "I said we don't have it". Asked for a burrito, he says rudely we don't have that. Got to the window and he was so rude! No communication and rude looks. These young kids think they should be paid well but have horrible customer service skills. The food barely had anything on it. It's sad we pay for food that we end up having bad customer service. Corporate will be called! Receipt says Alexis is the person at the register, but unless it's a guy with that name could be someone else.
