Spent $55 there tonight. The only thing I ordered for myself was 3 of the cantina chicken crispy tacos. Literally felt like AIR when I picked them up. Every single one of them. No wonder, the shells are all but empty. No joke. Disappointed is an understatement. I’m a nurse that just finished a 12 hour shift with no break to eat and so I’m about in tears over this. So hungry! Waste of money and I also was not given the $2.99 Pepsi I paid for either. UGH!!! I just had to vent because it gets old. Other than tonight we’ve usually always had a good enough experience and I usually spend at least $40 each visit. But paying for absolutely nothing but a wrapper basically just sucks so much. I placed an order online about 40 minutes before to this location. We got there at 1 which is when I set it to be ready by, and continued to wait around for the food until about 1:30. I figured they might be busy and brushed it off, then after waiting 30 minutes for an online ordered placed ahead of time, I open the bag and all of the food is thrown in like this. Sauce all on the inside of the bag and everything. I’ve worked at Taco Bell, and I haven’t seen an order done quite this carelessly as this one. Will not be coming by this location again.

Eli and his crew always kill it and make sure their customers are happy + satisfied. He's definitely got it together, knows what he's doing, and is as friendly as can be. Wish more folks were as compassionate and caring towards others and about their jobs as this young man demonstrates during every encounter I've had with him. Keep it up!

Me and my family used to love coming here and sitting down and enjoying a dinner together now, from the new people that have came in it takes 20+ minutes to get your order. The food is cold and when you complain about that, they say it’s fresh when it’s not and refused to make me fresh food this place used to be great. It sucks. It is Deplorable is turned to this

We ordered two cheesy Gordita crunches and they had what appeared to be mold them. We also had a bag of chips and cheese which was only filled about a quarter of the way. I called about the problem. They weren’t apologetic and just told me I can drive back for a refund.
