Taco Bell

This was my first time at this location and all I can say is horrible. Took forever for them to get my food to me. The food was all old and cold. I asked for no tomatoes because my son is allergic and to my surprise the taco looked like nothing but tomatoes. My nuggets were so hard couldn't even eat them. No receipt, tried calling no answer..Everyone was leaning around on the counter and talking. I will never return 35$ wasted.

ordered and paid on the tablet, waited a while until the manager asked my name and said my order should be out soon. 20 minutes into waiting I asked and was told there was no order under my name! wasn't offered and had to ask for a refund. top it off my food was still wrong, I ordered a chicken quesadilla and got steak and it wasn't even melted. hadn't got taco bell in a while and now I remember why

My last two visits sucked but tonights experience takes the cake!!!! Wasn't ask if my order, on the screen, was correct and when I pulled up to the window I was given my drinks and told to pull around and park and they'd bring my food out. Fifteen minutes later my food was brought out looking like it had been dumped in the bag! The lid on my bowl wasn't attached and my nachos were everywhere. Once home, what was edible was cold. I know it's Taco Bell but slop in a bag is not my preferred food delivery method!

How hard is it to look at a screen and put the items in a bag? Ordered 4 boxes plus 2 extra items. None of it came in boxes they threw everything in one bag. Cheese sauce was spilled all over the items. I immediately knew things were missing and I told the guy. But with how much food was ordered, I couldn’t sit there and open every food item to see what it was. I told the guy I was missing at least 3 items. He said ok let me get them he gave me a bag and I left it at that. Get home and guess what? The items I said were missing weren’t even in the bag he gave me! It ended up being a bag of a couple of other items I was missing. Over all I was missing 5 items (steak garlic nacho fries, cheese quesadilla, 2 chips, and a chalupa supreme) so what is that at least 20 bucks?. I’m usually not one

Came in for lunch. Ordered two taco salads and two power bowls. Was only told they didn't have and plastic wear after having to ask. BRING YOUR OWN PLASTIC WEAR! Any reputable business would have went to the store and bought forks.
