Taco Bell

I really wanted 2 crunchy tacos. I walked into the facility and a pretty girl took my order from front counter. I paid at the register. I acquired my sauces and my drink. They called out my name. I got my tacos and ate them in the parking lot in my service truck. They were delicious!!

I waited 20 MINUTES for 3 items !!! And as I walked in to order I could hear the manager screaming at the employees . After 20 minutes I went up and let them know how long I had been waiting and the lady laughed and said “ I’m not surprised “ absolutely awful service . 1) you should maybe NOT scream at your employees in front of an entire gas station / fast food restaurant. Super unprofessional.. and 2) ITS A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT whyyyyy is it taking 20 minutes ???? Desperately Needs better management .

Overall, a very nice place to get budget food. The drinks are good, and the boxes are even better. Everything always comes out hot and fresh, and the people working the drive thru are very nice. It is behind a gas station, making it feel kind sketchy, but other than that, it's still very nice.

The food at Taco Bell was good, but the service? Not so much. We were in the drive-thru for 27 minutes, and the guy on the intercom — young, tall, blonde — sounded super rushed and annoyed while taking our order. He kept asking if that was it after every item, like he didn’t want to be there. When I asked to add something at the window, he got snarky. I get it, everyone has bad days, but I’ve worked in food service too, and even on rough days, I try to stay positive. It just felt like he hated his job. Meanwhile, at least five other employees were outside just chatting — and this place probably only has 5–6 people working at this late hour. So yeah, food was fine, but the service definitely needs some work ( and they gave me 10 mini donuts instead of 12.😢)

I placed my order thru the drive thru, while waiting I watched the the cashier take the customer order thru the drive thru , while getting my drink order, I saw where she filled the other customers cup half full of Pepsi then added the ice , by the time the customers get, their drinks, their sodas are watered down and cheated out of a full Pepsi. The price we pay for our drinks, the soda should be 3/4 full including the ice .1/4 full of ice. What cheats out of hard earn money. I see the same thing at all these fast food places. Thats why I always order all drinks without ice
