If I could leave zero stars! I would! I came here with a pregnancy craving and asked for the Taco Bell workers to please drop some fresh chalupas for me. As a former corporate employee I am aware of the stand time for chalupas and how often they should be changed out. Of course once I received the food the chalupas were very hard and unappetizing. It’s really a disappointment that management is running this location like trash! Taco Bell has a great nationwide reputation for quality but not in this area. The employees treat your money like it’s nothing and don’t give you what you pay for!!

The service could be better. But the food was good and correct. It is going through remodeling stages it was combined with another restaurant and no success. They have a big pot hole in the parking lot, that needs attention. Someone will not be happy if their car gets damaged. All in all taco bell is ok for a quick bite.

Normally not a bad experience, this time was terrible. All 5 items were wrong. No beef in the burritos, no chicken in the quesadilla. Paid for both, all my items came without. Emailed, no response, called the store, said they aren't accepting calls and call 1800 tacobell. So maybe this review will get some notice.

Messed up DISRESPECTFUL , Customer service lacs badly. I MEAN BADLY And they can't even make sure you're at least halfway happy. As someone who pays for their food Noone wants to deal with this at all. HANG UP IN YOUR FACE . Rudeness at this place is disgusting. AND I HAD FOIL IN MY POTATOES THE MANAGER SAID OH AND WHAT DID I WANT THEM TO DO Update . Got this damn place again and they never seem to not disappoint 😒 I got a quesadilla with no sauce and blac beans where is the beans lol and the meat . Yall just let me know what yall think 🤔. I also got a cold doritos taco lol

Slow. They have you waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes. I’m very disappointed. Do better.
