Taco Bell

Horrible location. Just horrible. The people working were difficult to understand and barely spoke English. I was in line for literally over an hour and there were only 7 cars in front of me. I made the mistake of thinking it was going to improve. It didnt. I took out my phone and timed each car. The fastest took 6 minutes, the longest took 15. You read that right. It took 15 minutes to serve 1 car. Inside was no better. Had I not placed and paid for the order via the app, I would have left. When I did finally get to the window, no apology, no greeting, just handed me my bag of food and disappeared before I could even say a word. When I finally got home it was well past dinner time. Every time I have been here it’s been great. But I wanted to give a shout out to the team working this morning. It was one or two people at most. My order was completed past my satisfaction & I got more napkins than I do at any other Taco Bell (if I even get them). The poor woman apologized multiple times for the wait- which was no more than 5-7 min. Get this team some more staff!!

I went 36 hours on the road with no food and was starving but I HATE the concept of ordering though AI. It's a joke and an affront to the prices I have to pay for skynet taking my order and only gettinf it 90% correct. abhorrent

Been here twice; waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes each time. The cashier took my cash and prepared food with the same gloves on. Let’s hope I don’t get sick but this is the worst Taco Bell I have been to. Seriously needs to be inspected.

always quick in the drive thru, order is always right, staff is always nice. What more could you ask for
