Exceptional Experience and Delicious Mexican Food! Rating: 10/10 stars I recently had the pleasure of visiting this amazing Mexican food truck, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! The owners' professionalism and kindness truly made my experience stand out. From the moment I walked up to the truck, I was greeted with a warm smile and welcoming demeanor. Now, onto the food - oh, the food! I ordered the quesadilla and burrito, and both were absolutely phenomenal! The quesadilla was packed with tender beef and flavorful beans, all wrapped in a crispy tortilla. And the burrito? Awesome doesn't even begin to describe it! The perfect blend of ingredients, generous portion, and mouthwatering flavors had me hooked from the first bite. I highly recommend this food truck to anyone craving

Had 3 carne asada tacos which were good. The quesadilla tasted exceptional. Would go back. The truck was parked off of 13th & Douglas by Gene Leahy Mall.

Steak Quesadilla Perfection! Rating: 10/10 stars I stopped by this amazing Mexican food truck and was blown away by the steak quesadillas! They were cooked to perfection, with tender and juicy steak inside a crispy tortilla. But what really took it to the next level was the green salsa - WOW! It added a fresh, tangy, and slightly spicy kick that complemented the steak perfectly. I was a bit skeptical at first, but one bite and I was hooked! The combination of the savory steak and the zesty green salsa was absolute magic. I couldn't get enough! The flavors were so well balanced and rich, it was like a party in my mouth. We hosted some food trucks at our elementary school and one was unable to make it. El Dorado was able to come completely last minute and served up some delicious food! Highly recommend!!

I don’t know what treasure people think they’re finding at the El Dorado food truck, but it sure wasn’t on my plate. What I got was bland, lukewarm, and about as exciting as microwaved leftovers at a gas station. The meat was dry. Like “choke-it-down-with-a-prayer” dry. The tortillas fell apart faster than my will to finish the meal, and the salsa? If watery tomato juice and broken dreams had a baby, that would be it. Service was slow, and I’m being kind. I’ve seen glaciers move faster. No greeting, no thanks, just vibes — bad ones. If you’re craving disappointment and regret with a side of soggy rice, congrats, you’ve found your spot. Never again.
