What happened to E-town Taco Bell?!? It used to be so clean and friendly and the quality was always one of the best Taco Bell experiences anywhere! We were in at dinner time, there is no way that bathroom got that nasty in a day! My order was wrong and the employees were not professional.

Last 2 visits order wasn’t right. Food was cold. Wasn’t wrapped right. First time missing over half the order. Called in. Manager said they were too busy to deal with it that night and to call back the next day. Than told another associate that I was very rude. I know said associate and told him I was nice as can be bc he works there. Just terrible service n food and will never go back. Manager shouldn’t be in charge of anything other than picking his uniform out in the morning. I don’t do reviews. Ever. But very disgusted and after my Facebook post and tons of other people in town sharing the same service figured I’d share. Good there’s 2 other taco shops in town!!!

The service was great. Wait time was appropriate, if not quicker then expected. Taste was good. Recommendation would be to spread the order in two bags, at least. We had 9 items in one bag. My soft tacos were smashed and the ingredients were coming out of the wrapping. My burrito was also smash but the ingredients stayed inside the tortilla.

Usually good. 2 friends and I ordered $70 of food only to have burritos that had more shell than anything else, tortilla chips that were stale and crumbs. We paid extra for Supreme tacos and burritos and barely any tomato or sour cream. The fast food workers wanted $15+ an hour, well, they got it, so we expect more now... 🤷‍♂️

Don’t even waste your time! The employees are very unprofessional and rude! The shift lead with colorful hair is just as bad as the employees! Order was wrong and because we informed the girl that took our order she decided to just start getting smart and then the colorful hair guy came and instead of doing exactly what his title is and LEAD he came behind his rude employee and decided to slam the window on us and told us to not talk to his employees when all we were doing was informing her that the order was incorrect! Definitely reporting this to corporate and BBB!!!!
