Taco Bell

got door dash and the driver had to wait there for 30 minutes. finally got the food and the grilled cheese burrito is so burnt it’s literally all black on one side and everyone else in the room asked what’s burning cause we can even smell it. nacho fries also have so seasoning on them

ordered online, got the wrong kind of slushy, asked for the right kind, got attitude back in return, Did not mark the grilled cheese burritos, And burnt my cantina taco. Hope this reaches the right ppl, like a GM, cuz the lady at the window needs a serious attitude adjustment.

I don't normally go to taco bell, but it was close and it sounded good. I didnt expect great service since it was very busy and the weekend before Christmas. The drive thru staff were so nice and very friendly. So appreciated on a day that feels chaotic.

The staff on night shift are horrible. Apart from the rude service they like to close up for the night 30-45 minutes early (including not accepting online orders) and literally park a car at the front of the drive-through so no one is allowed to come in. They also like to disconnect the phone to continue to hide from their literal jobs that they get paid to do. If you want taco bell go to a different location.

When we walked in there were several customers waiting and not one person greeted anyone. Stood at the counter for several minutes without any acknowledgement. Ended up having to use the kiosk to order. Walked up to the counter hoping to get our drink cups, along with everyone else. When we asked for the cups, we were greeted with irritation, like we were being a bother by asking for the items we purchased . One of our tacos were wrong and when we went up to get it fixed, the lady had an attitude about getting us the correct order. Worst customer service.
