We had phenomenal service , and the coffee was incredible. The place is cute , clean and the staff was just exceptional and welcoming. Beyond that , they actually have a reward system that is worth caring about , and we will definitely be back!!!

First time visiting and definitely will be back. Super friendly staff and fun energetic atmosphere with music. Great loyalty program, after 11 drinks, your 12th is free. Ordered 3 drinks and 1 sweet. Caramel Crunch Chai, had it iced and wow! Amazing chai flavor and so smooth. Almond Blossom, had it hot and delicious almond cherry flavors. Cinna-Swirl, had it hot and amazing cinnamon flavor. Lemon Bread, had it room temp and it was a huge slice that was moist and perfect lemon flavor with a nice glaze on top. There are just so many options to choose from and we can't wait to work our way through the menu. Definitely 5 stars!

This place is so cozy and I love that when you get enough points and are eligible for a free drink that it’s not limited to a certain size!! They’re coffee is literally my favorite thing ever and I’ve never tasted anything like it!!!

I've had a lot of coffee in my day, and Makenna is THE Koffee of coffee. Every drink is delicious and if you don't like super sweet (like me), you can get your drinks half sweet and they're perfect. My family loves drinks with Maui milk or Kona cloud. Even some of the more bizarre sounding drinks, such as the Ben- with banana, are tasty without the added flavors being overpowering. There are a number of tasty non-caffeinated options appropriate for kids. The atmosphere is very unique, especially for the QC, and it almost feels like a touch of vacation without leaving town. Staff has always been very friendly. We have quickly become regulars and look forward to every trip here.
