Customer Reviews
We got it delivered by Uber Eats. The order was delivered quickly. Most of it was cold but I guess that’s to be expected. We got a few different things. Most of it was poorly put together. I’m not really a fan of Taco Bell because I think they are overpriced for poor quality food. The steak quesadilla looked good, just tasted ok. The nacho fries were very good. Also as I expected, the food made me sick a few hours later. I think I’m good with Taco Bell for a while.
I order a large nacho fries and the fries are old and cold and they barely fill it to the top. I order avocado ranch on the side for the fries and there is barely any sauce in the container
The worst taco bell I’ve ever been to for drive thru! Don’t waste your money if you can’t order in store because they are sure to mess up your order if you order online! This isn’t the first that has happened to me. Sometimes they don’t read to substitute the meat to potatoes. And this time they gave me an empty Gordita crunch!!! Unbelievable because the staff is so nice whenever in go in person but the drive thru! Save your money and just walk in!
Went to order a Quesarito and the staff lied in the drive-through saying that they weren’t available even though we had ordered one two days ago. When I got to the window, they said that they discontinue the regular Quesarito, but they had the volcano Que Cerrito available. When I asked if they could just make that without the volcano sauce, they lied again saying that they need general manager approval to be able to do that and that if I wanted to do it, I would need to go into the inside counter to order one, knowing that it would probably keep me from going inside. If they have the stuff to make the volcano, Quesarito, why won’t they be able to make the normal one without issue? The only difference is the volcano sauce.
We ordered a vegetarian Mexican pizza. It smelled like the Mexican pizza shell was made in rancid oil. Literally could not eat it. This isn’t the first time it has happened. I took one bite and felt gross!
