Taco Bell

I usually get more meat than this when I order normal tacos. I ordered extra meat on 3 tacos and they all look like this. I ordered no lettuce on everything, but they must not have changed gloves or something because I had random lettuce bits in it. I dont understand how there is nobody coming through the drive through, I'm the only person in the lobby, and it took over 15 minutes for this low quality "food". Huge waste of money.

The service at this location sucks. The last 2 times I order food my orders were incorrect. On my last order I purchased a Beef Burrito supreme and got a bean burrito and the 3 tacos supreme had no sour cream or tomatos. $18.12 for the wrong food. Incompetent people working here.

Our order included items we didn't order, THIS TIME. Previously we've had our Taco Bell takeout orders: missing items, things that we've left off certain ingredients (which was absolutely necessary due to severe allergic reactions), food orders that never showed up - and when I called to speak with the Manager on duty about those, the employee who answered just insisted it was delivered and accused me of trying to scam them for a meal. It's truly getting a little crazy at this point.

this place has been going down a lot lately, idk about daytime service e but 2nd shift is awful, in addition to no sour cream in my tacos or on the side that they charge for, my tacos were near empty. also I called to tell them they messed up, they offered for me to come back and get new ones. I told them I get only so much time for my lunch break. when I said refund me the difference, he hung up on me

Costumer service is horrible, I placed an order through their app and needed to cancel it and to get a refund but was told that they had nothing to do with that and that I had to try and contact HQ to get a refund! WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE! no one ones to help anymore and I'm sick of it. ITS YOUR APP AND YOUR THE STORE, MAKE IT WORK!
