Taco Bell

The woman named Maria Q was very rude to me when I asked why the nacho cheese that I got for my son was only half full I didn't even ask her to fill it up and I didn't even mention the taco she gave me was completely broken because of how rude she was towards me. Luckily a guy named Anthony was there and saw everything and helped me out and made things right, thanks to him this bad experience turned into a better one. We need more people like him and hopefully taco bell notices the type of worker he is and rewards him, and hopefully they teach Maria how to treat customers

We went into this location to grab some watermelon Freezy‘s while waiting for our cars that were at discount tires across the street. The staff was really nice. The location was clean and the air conditioning was cranking. We had to wait for a very long time for the cars and the staff was very sweet and allowing us to sit there and take forever to eat or nachos or nacho fries, and drink our Freezy‘s 10 out of 10 we’re totally recommend this location. The food was good and fresh and the watermelon Freezy‘s were not as good as I remember and we’re missing the seeds probably because they were watermelon, berry and not just watermelon..

I asked for a small box the one I had always order used to b 5$ now $6.99 but my total was $11.01 so I asked why was it 11.01 so manager comes up tells me they only do it online order only I said I have been getting the same things for years , her answer still want it or not , so I thought and said yeah I’ll take it I’m hungry I got 3 cars in front 3 cars in the back drive thru , now when I open my food my chalupas was Cold I leave 2 minutes away then a teaspoon of cheese for my nachos ? Worst Taco Bell I’ve been to , worse food cuz it was cold , Manager at least fill up the mini cheese container ? lastly which I hate !!!! no napkins !!!!! my profile says I’ll review whoever earns it. You really did I’ll post some pics avoid Taco Bell @ , Azuza & Arrow hwy unless I guess you order online

The lady at the drive thru was very disrespectful. VERY. I used a code to redeem a free crunchy taco, she proceeds to get upset, then trying to make me pay $2.42. I then open the bag after the situation gets resolved and I get my free taco, to realize it’s just a taco shell in the wrapper. The taco shell was crunchy, but sucks there was no filling -.-

This visit was a Disappointment,at least at this Taco Bell,had heard the Encerito (Secert menu)was back so I pulled into this T.bell for my fix Ask for Xtra olives as I remembered it came with they had No olives.then I ordered a Burrito Supreme which I remember it has olives also they had "No" explanation,on receivei my meal I ask for hot sauces in my bag never got them walked up again ask if I can have my hot sauces lady with glasses grabbed what ever h.sauces threw them in the bag without looking and walked away with "No"eye contact or apologie.finally wanted to wash my hands before leaving I ask for the code for the restroom.the same.worker who threw my sauces in my bag yelled out bathroom is outta order,I said can I use the another one which was the ladies room too was my hands same la
