Taco Bell

This Taco Bell is contactless. You have to order everything from a kiosk and it's not intuitive. You've got to search and search for everything. Other than that, food was fine. It was fully staffed and they were all working very diligently. However, drive-thru window is priority and fulfilling online orders is priority Priority. I came at 6:30 p.m. On a Saturday. I had to wait 10 minutes for my food. There were two other people waiting as well. We were all annoyed that it wasn't faster. After all.... It is called fast food. A staff member saw me standing there waiting to put in my order. She finally addressed me and told me I had to do it on the kiosk. She was very friendly, and even gave me the code to the bathroom. Okay, so I just went to Taco Bell, and I felt like I needed to share my thoughts. Honestly, the food is pretty solid for the price, and I always enjoy their menu items. The staff is always super friendly, and that makes a big difference when you're grabbing a quick bite. Sometimes, though, the drive-thru line gets incredibly long. Waiting for my food can feel like it takes forever, especially when I'm hungry. Despite the wait times, I usually have a positive experience there. Overall, I’d say it's a good spot for a quick and cheap meal, and I'll be back.

If I could give a negative 5 I would. The whole environment is icky if that makes sense, food is never made to order and always slopped together. Employees are the farthest thing from kind and tables are the farthest thing from clean and definitely not “fast food” no matter how much or how little you order.

Sticky dirty tables that I wiped down with water - didn't help. $20 bucks for what I considered a small box meal which cost $12, and a wrap that had hardly anything in it with a tablespoon of guacamole for $8. I've had wraps at other locations that had more in them and were compact enough to eat with one hand - needed two hands because it was wide and thin. Will never stop here again.

It's Taco Bell.Obviously we all know what Taco Bell food is.This one serves hot fresh food.It's always good.It's always hot.They're friendly drive, sugar goes quickly.The dining area is clean.The restrooms are clean and it's overall a great taco bell
