You can't see the people preparing your food because they and the food is kept out of site for some reason. There is no human interaction between the workers and customers. The place was filthy because nobody comes out to clean. $22.00 for 4 beef burritos that were mostly bean paste. Don't waste your time or money here. How old was the food? Were the workers even wearing gloves when making food? I would guess not considering the food prepers are kept out of site. Avoid this entitled dumpster fire of a restaurant.

When you go in a drive thru, they should be forced to tell you its gonna be a 20-30 minute wait before you get to the window then another 15 at the window then you get this crap. Burnt nasty chicken

Waited in line for 20 minutes just for 1 car !! Still had 3 more ahead of me! The absolute slowest service I’ve seen. If you know there order will take time move em through

You want this store to remotely care about your order? Id go through the drive thru and not waste your time going into the store. Employees are oblivious to anything in the lobby! Do better!

It's taco bell, so you know what kind of food you are getting. The low rating for service is simple, I was told that I can't place my order at the counter anymore and we are doing away with cash payment. So you go to the kiosk and fumble your way through ordering it, go set down and wait for your name to be called and it's just sitting on the counter with no interaction with any employee. Will not return.
