Taco Bell

My food was cold! And I ordered three beef soft taco supremes and none of them were supreme no tomatoes or sour cream only meat and lettuce and cheese!

If I could give this dump a minus 1, I absolutely would . I ordered a #2 three tacos supreme …and much to my chagrin, there wasn’t any sour cream in any of them. I went to the counter to ask for sour cream and I was ignored by the staff in the kitchen. Rudest dirtiest Taco Bell I’ve ever been in. Gross.

Gave me a wrong order when we walked up to get it corrected we were totally ignored and got nothing but attitude from the workers. The restaurant had no other customers but the floor of the entire place was covered in food and trash. Worst customer service and grossest Taco Bell I’ve ever been in.

Had a great experience this evening… They got my order completely right and everything was fresh, hot and wonderful. Even the handoff at the drive-through window was just really positive and professional. I especially liked the avocado Verde sauce. 🤓❤️

I usually have good experiences here but the young woman who served me today, was so disinterested! I went through the drive-thru and got a couple tacos and a Pepsi. Luckily, I pulled over nearby to eat. The Pepsi was flat and warm, with no ice! I went back through the drive-thru and asked for another soda. With a dead voice, she told me all the sodas were like that and there was no ice! I told her that would be a good thing to tell someone ahead of time! She just looked at me. I asked for an icee instead and without saying anything thing, she gave me one and walked away from the window!
