Taco Bell

This store is without question the worst one in the Taco Bell chain! The last 2 times I have orderedfood from there taco shells have barely any filling in them. Tonight I ordered a Cantina Chicken Quesadilla. It was a joke! I opened it to see how much it meat filling it had in it. 2/3rds of an 8" torilla shell had maybe 2 tablespoons of filling. 1/3 rd of it was completely empty....and 2/3rds that had anything on it was so thin, you could not have taken a knife to spread some filling into the last 1/3rd. Not quite worth the price of $7.49 I paid. I will never set foot in this store again. I will drive past store and go another 3 miles to the Taco Bell in Alexandria. Samantha is incredible! Every time I visit, she goes above and beyond with her service. She is kind, patient, and genuinely appreciative of every customer. You can feel her positive attitude the moment you walk in — she makes the experience so much better. Samantha is the definition of great customer service, and Taco Bell is lucky to have her. Highly recommend visiting when she’s working!

I honestly don’t know where to begin. Both people on the speaker were rude. We had multiple mobile orders to and they said we had to lap the store for each order. I have never had that happen at my local restaurant, nor was that an issue at the Newport location. I am a customer service manager and I would be appalled if my staff treated patrons like this. I’m not confident they didn’t mess with our food with how nasty they were being. They treated to refuse service because we asked why we couldn’t check in multiple orders since there were no cars behind us. Tyler/Kyle, couldn’t understand his name at the force he said it; wouldn’t recommend his service, he couldn’t give us a reason for the arbitrary rule. $12 for a whatever "$9" box meal but was given a taco and nachos instead. No receipt given from drive thru either. Love taco bell but this ain't it
