LaRosa's Pizza Cold Spring

The food is usually very good. Service is also usually good though on our last visit we couldn't get our waitress after we received our food, so no refills on drinks even though it was not busy. I will still go back. Hopefully this does not become the usual. We enjoy going here!

We had spaghetti and calzones. As usual, the spaghetti was very good, IMO, and my wife liked her calzone. The service was exceptional, again as usual. I’ve hardly ever had a bad experience at LaRosas’s, very rare. I do recommend it.

Where do I even start. This place is distasteful in many ways. I feel that I have to say what I noticed which is all but 1 waitress were young skinny blonde/blondish pretty white girls and 1 that wasn't. I am only speaking about my visit but that is no coincidence and is absolutely disgusting. Our waitress was oblivious to our disgust (idk if it was intentional). We weren't rude or even said anything but with the amount of food that was left behind should have been an indicator. She did stay on top of our refills but that is about it. Now to the food. What really set me off is my 2 year old son's food. I stressed that his pizza be light sauce. I don't want his mouth to burn and mess. The food we got was not light sauce, was cut in large pieces, was sloppily made and none of the toppings st

Typically good food here if your a pizza and spaghetti fan. I did have an issue with several pick up orders. The online app allows you to make adjustments to the order such as cook well done. This apparently is ignored. As several attempts later nothing has been cooked well done. The pie doesn't look bad in the box but as soon as you try to get it out it's a floppy mess. No complaints about toppings or sauce. Also didn't receive the juice and cookies with a kids meal order. Small mistakes happen and adjustment can be made. I hope they are because this is typically a four or five star rate worthy place.

Last 2 times i went i had problems. Undercooked pizza that was soft and falls apart when you grab a slice. Next time I ordered a veggie pizza had sausages hidden throughout under the cheese like it was done intentionally.
