No beef on 2 of my beefy five layer burritos no creamy jalapeño sauce on 1 of them. The beef on the ONE burrito that actually has it on there, it's definitely not EXTRA beef like I ordered It's 1 table spoon. Lettuce on soft taco when I ordered no lettuce. I placed this mobile order an hour ago and I watched the tracker it never updated. I went up there and my order still wasn't ready so I sat in line for another 20 minutes. I wanted my order replaced, but when I tried calling, one of your employees took the phone off the hook it's going straight to automated"sorry we can't answer the phone right now" message.

I came thru drive thru and went to work where I parked to eat my food before my shift. When I went to go open my chat Gor crunch I’m putting my sauce on and there a long piece of brown hair thru the whole thing at which as anyone would do I came back and asked to speak to a manager. A short mixed lady then said she’s a manager and I stated there was hair in my food and she then asked did I come thru drive thru at which I replied yes and I see a male with no hair net at which he should as it was not short enough to not be wearing one and the African American women that was on the left side of the line for the drive thru making orders stated “ it’s not that serious no need for a attitude” at which yes there is because hair in food is disgusting and at which no one knows who’s hair and it’s b

Lately I've been saddened by the quality of my food. When you purchase fast food you expect every bite to be the same because it's supposed to be by design. However today I had a bean burrito with red sauce and sour cream. My first bite was all red sauce and the sour cream was at the end. Last week my "crunchy chicken tacos" were not crunchy and actually tough to chew. How lo g had they been sitting there. In addition, the nighttime crew seems to care much less about customer satisfaction than the day crew. Meanwhile, at a taco bell in Gainesville, I have none of these complaints. I do hope they steo up on the quality. Fast food shouldn't mean unedible by definition.

Drive thru was fast and now i see why... just paid 24 bucks for meat flavored shells. Been going to this place for a while and its always inconsistent but this is just bad.

Looking for quick easy dinner after a 13 hr shift. Location locked inside area hours before closing time. When I knocked the employees just looked at me and shook their head. Drive-thru was not an option. No explanation was given. Unacceptable service.
