Actually the worst location I have ever been to, constantly giving out incomplete orders and absolutely never answering the phone when trying to call to figure out a solution. Would never in my life recommend going to this location if you’re really craving Taco Bell just head to leonardtown you’ll be much happier with the food quality and staff

Never coming back to this one just got our food so soggy you couldn’t even open the wrapper, gave us wrong drink and food just uneatble, $20 to waste. This place is gonna end up like Lusby Taco Bell; employees probably got transferred to this one explains why it was so bad recent couple times I went.

Ordered a cantina chicken quesadilla and this is what I got i don’t know what this sauce is on it but it’s not chipotle sauce and I am very unhappy. And why is the Baja blast always weak and tastes like it needs to be changed here

Terrible experience today at 6:06pm (October 1st). The drive-thru girl was extremely disrespectful and racist. She mocked my accent when I placed my order. I’m from Puerto Rico and asked for a wild strawberry; she didn’t understand, so my husband repeated it (he barely has an accent). She then said “thank you” in a sarcastic tone, clearly mocking my English. Very unprofessional and completely disrespectful toward customers.

It never ceases to amaze me at how people find ways to mess up something as easy as a quesadilla. Staff is rude. Also, if you’re working in a kitchen, your pants should be pulled up above your butt. While the food didn’t look appetizing, it tasted alright.
