Taco Bell

Every time we've gone they've made us pull around front and wait 10-30 minutes for our meal. Most of the time we're literally the only customers. It's always bad, done wrong, etc. Today we watched them double the ice in our cups to give us less drink than we paid for. I watched someone with a mobile order wait 30 minutes, and then just get up and leave because it took so long. The food is always either over or undercooked. We used to love Taco Bell but this location alone has turned us away. I'd literally rather drive 20+ minutes to WF to get a competitors food.

To begin, we couldn't even look at the menu without being rushed by 2 teen girls the whole time. Like every 20 seconds. There were no other customers so that sucks we made you wait I guess? We order 4 crunchy tacos, they all looked like this when we got them. I guess the job was just too hard for them. Or maybe it's a build your own taco, since I had to put the fillings inside them myself? Probably don't go here, if they can't even make a simple thing 🤷🏻‍♀️

Bean and cheese burrito doesn’t have lettuce and sour cream. I took a bite cause I have an open mind. It was horrible. And the cheese is suppose to go inside the soft taco. Have some pride in your work people. Also try smiling every now and then. You’d be amazed at what that can do for your customer service. Which is terrible. I’ve worked fast food before, do better.

Where do I even begin? So, I place a order on the app 20 minutes before pick up and arrive right on time. I go in and ask for my pickup and they told me to wait at the counter, so i did. And I just stand there waiting for 15 minutes while the employees are just messing around like Gen z and not doing what there supposed to. It takes a whole 10 minutes for someone to realize I was waiting, but half of them didn't even care. At least there was someone doing there job and actually making forr and cleaning, but I did get a free drink so yay.

My mom went up to the Taco Bell, not too long Ago, we also live about an hour from this Restaurant was just passing by. Can you just? she asked for the three SOFT taco meal And an extra soft taco. They give her three hardshell tacos?!? In the soft taco meal!!!!! If you can’t tell hard shell from soft taco why work at Taco Bell
