“Oh my goodness! It’s so good!” That’s what my son said when he ate this ice cream. Honestly, I agree wholeheartedly! It’s out of this world good! Watching the ice cream made is almost as good as eating it! As the day goes, “Nothing Ventured, Nothing Gained.” I’m so glad we ventured downtown to this gem! Come and enjoy!
Hand-made rolled ice cream in seasonal flavors? Yes please. We throughly enjoyed the strawberry cheesecake rolled ice cream, made with fresh strawberries and a magical cream concoction that is poured over the strawberries like a crepe and then mixed, flattened and rolled into thin layers. Watching the process was almost as enjoyable as eating the end product! Although a little patience is required, Bee’s Rolled Ice Cream is well worth the wait.
She is so sweet & the rolled ice cream was amazing! It was almost too pretty to eat. Almost.

Discovered Bee's watching Ch. 3 KFDX evening news and made my way to 6th and Indiana to experience the rolled ice cream. Parking was scarce on a Friday eve but managed okay. Really clean prep area and I was pleasantly surprised that she accepted military discount! I waited about 10 mins. inside WF Brewing Co. while my chocolate chip cookie dough was being made. Delicious and will definitely have some again. :p
