Taco Bell

I went for lunch with my friends and everything went smooth. Laura, the boss think, also gave my friends and I some new editions that are being released in the next week. It was a pleasant experience!

100% the worst experience I have had an ANY food place. We walked in, placed our order at the kiosk, and waited, and waited, and waited....There were at least 7 drive thru cars that were served before we were, and we were there loooong before they even entered the drive thru. Someone needs to speak to the staff about the first come, first serve rule. No one wanted to make eye contact with me or communicate why it was taking SO long. We ordered from the kiosk at 8:24pm and got our order at 8:38pm. Unacceptable. On top of that we asked for no cheese sauce and replace with regular cheese. Do you think that was done? Very disappointed. I do not recommend this location, unless you like your order wrong and have a lot of time and patience on your hands.

I don't usually review fast food spots because regardless of how mediocre the food is, people are always going to frequent fast food chains. The likelihood of Taco Bell going out of business is very slim. Nonetheless, I had the best customer service experience here and I just had to share my opinion. Thank you, Biridiana for being patient w me since I had a huge order and being honest about the baja blast saying it probably needed to get changed out so instead she gave me the drinks from the to-go station. Keep up the great customer service!

I was worried because of some bad reviews posted recently, but it was surprisingly so good. I ordered online and went to drive through for pickup. I checked my items right after receiving, and it was all correct. The worker was also kind. They cut quesadillas into 4 pieces :)) liked the food, liked the service. Thank you!

You havetoo order from there kiosk and they took a very long time make our order it's the worlds smallest Taco Bell it's ok it's it's clean if I'm in the area again I won't be going back though try something else
