Customer Reviews
I'm not quiet sure what happened with my order. I come here about 3x a week, and I'm a loyal customer. But not anymore food looked like it was prepared by a toddler. My nachos were horrible, the chips were soggy, they forgot to put meat on them, I added onions and potatoes as well. I got a total of 3 small potatoes they were hard and dry and the onions had a pungent odor to them. My other food was made the same way. I took it to the store to try to get the issue corrected and was told that it was correct and the did not have time to stop and address my concern. I'll never spend another dime here again.
Each item was loaded with ingredients and food was assembled remarkably well. Nothing leaked. No broken or soggy shells. No giant pile of beans at the end of the burrito. I even ordered with no onions and it came to me with... No onions! I could tell employees were trained by someone who cared and NOT corporate Taco Bell.
I’m genuinely conflicted about writing this review because the issue itself is small, but the way it happened was not. My husband stopped by this location to pick up dinner for our family. I’d written him a clear list of what I wanted, including a request for a lot of hot sauce, which he relayed to the employee at the drive-thru. Instead of asking a clarifying question, the employee made a rude remark that my husband could hear, questioning “a lot of hot sauce” in a mocking tone. Because English is not my husband’s first language, he initially wondered if he was misinterpreting the interaction. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t end there—when he got home, we discovered there were fewer hot sauce packets than tacos in the bag. At that point, it was hard not to feel that the comment and t
Polite staff but I wish I had taken a pic of everything they screw up. I only have 2 pics...I sure love paying almost a buck for a small squirt of sourcream on a Mexican pizza and then CONTINUALLY NOT GETTING IT :( Sometimes the food maker knows where the beef spoon is on any given item and others dont have a clue where where the beef spoon is. The lettuce applicator sure does their job though!! If I wanted a salad....I'd get one. Less lettuce, more beef....and let's start getting the orders right...you read it back to me....its on a screen in there somewhere, yet no sourcream when you ask AND PAY for it...you are quickly becoming the "Brooklyn McDonalds" of taco bells...and that's not good! Everyone on earth knows the Brooklyn McDonalds is the worst McNasties on the planet....DO NOT BECO
Brooklyn welcomes a delicious newcomer: It's own Taco Bell 🌮🔔 After much anticipation, Brooklyn residents finally have their taco cravings satisfied with the arrival of its own Taco Bell. While this charming newcomer may be petite, its culinary offerings pack a flavorful punch. On my visit, the manager, despite the expected buzz around a new establishment, provided friendly and efficient service. The kitchen delivered expertly crafted food in a timely manner, exceeding my initial expectations for wait times. For those seeking a taste of authentic Mexican flavors in a welcoming environment, This is a delightful addition to Brooklyn's culinary landscape. I, for one, am grateful for this delicious newcomer.
