My wife and I purchased our dinner tonight from this location of Taco Bell on Snow Road in Brook Park. The service was really great, it was prompt, they prepared the food to my specifications, and I was able to have a very good dinner meal tonight from this location. For the first time, I tried their bean burrito, which I found out from the kiosk menu was a fan favorite and after trying one tonight, I agree wholeheartedly. One menu item I miss though, because it was only here this last year for a limited time was the double decker tacos. I really hope that they bring that item back for good because a lot of people would welcome it back like other items featured on their 2000's retro menu last year. I highly recommend stopping into this location and would highly recommend the bean burrito.

I am here almost everyday, and as a frequent customer I have seen the same employees putting some amazing work and time to make customers have the best experiences ever. Jada and Polish have really stood out to me due to the way they handle customers and have fun. They really created a fun atmosphere for everyone around them. My guy Polish was super fun to talk to and made us some of the best Taco Bell I have eaten. I am astonished by the work they put in to make sure every customer has an amazing experience to make them want to come back, and they are the main reason I keep coming back. If you go here any time past 10pm, don’t expect FAST food. Expect fast-food quality with family restaurant wait times. No exaggeration, just waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. 10 MINUTES per car that was ahead of me. Is it even possible to make this food that slow? Crazy work

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service! I had an amazing experience at this Taco Bell location (14701 Snow Rd, Brook Park). The employee working the drive-thru tonight — I believe his name was something like Nico / Niko — was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely friendly. All I did was ask him how his day was going, and he responded with such a positive attitude. He even went above and beyond and gave me my order for free, purely out of kindness. That kind of customer service is rare and truly appreciated. He made my day better, and employees like him are the reason people come back. If I could give 10 stars instead of 5, I absolutely would. There is one guy who works there, I think his name is Kenny? He is really great, always kind and helpful. I wish he was there tonight. Tonight we came at about 1am and the girl says “we’re only taking mobile orders”. So we pull off, order on the app and come to the window again and she said “go ahead with your order” Is this a game or something? We just ordered on the app. Why are they doing this all the time? What if I don’t know how to use the app or my phone isn’t working? You don’t want my money if you have to take my order in person? Anyway, the food was ok, sure wish they’d bring back the caramel apple empanadas for good.
