KFC

I’ve come here twice in the last month. Both times I came I ordered fruit punch and received what could only be described as 90% water, 10% fruit punch- it’s literally see-through. Last time I asked for a Dr Pepper and received a flat one. This time I asked for the same and received a flat root beer. I ordered the same meal twice, the first time I received jojo fries, the second time I received a half full container of regular fries, dumped out into the bag. I never received my biscuit with my meal, either. The first time we went the whole family was eating, so we spent $120. The second time we spent $50. You’d think spending that kind of money would be a catalyst for good service but it seems to be the opposite. I’d just pick a different location… it’s not worth the hassle.

4 months ago I just gave this location 5 stars because the food was fresh, the service was great and everything was correct but since then they have been going downhill. They constantly are closed hours before the posted closing hours, they keep the store dirty and the workers are just disrespectful. I showed up to pick up my order at 8:30 pm last night (They close at 11 pm) and there were "store closed" signs on notebook paper all around the store. So when I pulled up to the window to see if they received my order before shutting down and I see a KFC worker holding a baby with a baby seat on the prep counter and he has the audacity to wave bye to me instead of coming to the window like a man to let me know they closed early again. I love the people at this location. I came in Saturday and was waited on by Ron. He greeted me and was very polite. It was very busy and even though it seemed to be short staffed the workers there still got me my food quickly. The food was good and the dining room was clean and comfortable. As I was eating I was asked if everything was ok and if I needed anything, just let them know. I asked for there names so I could say thank you. So to Ron, Arron and Missy thank you for all your hard work, and for paying extra attention to your customers. I had a joyful experience because of you.

Bought a gift card from the restaurant and placed an online order to redeem my free french fries along with my order and they never got my order and was told to check my email for confirmation which I never got. The shift manager said that I should've got an email which I didn't and she decided to ask can I check your gift card to see if there's a balance. She seen that there was zero dollar's which meant the order was processed and the money was gone but still no order on there end and she decided to fill my order at that point knowing that I was not lying.online chat was no help I'm done with KFC. Cashier was more helpful than the shift manager was.

The food is ok, although it is never hot like it is freshly cooked, the drive-thru is just about never open, my orders always take long to get and when I come in I see all the unorganized workers struggling when it's never busy, never seen more than 3 cars at one time in the parking lot, and I can't believe once I waited 25 minutes for chicken tenders.
