pregnant lady here- my husband and i were road tripping and stopped around midnight for two cheesy roll ups and two soft tacos. they only gave us one cheesy roll up so we went back around and they gave us two new ones and two coupons for free soft tacos. AND they were crazy nice about it!

If i could give them less stars I would. I just moved to the area and the last 3 times ive tried to get food from here its been messed up. Sucks because its the only place open for late night and 3rd shifters. Ive never had to throw away my entire order before, and ive had twice now. Just save your anger and wait until you get home to eat late.

Asked for 2 modifications for my order, both did not happen. Worker gave us one of our two drinks. Two meals totaled $35. Extra pico was charged 80 cent on a cantina bowl. Got to my destination and there's just near, rice, and beans. Called and asked to be refunded the extra charge to my card and the manager said he doesn't know how to do that. First time having a manager two me that can't go into their system to make adjustment. Upsetting to be far from location and told sorry.

Got delivery through the Taco Bell app 3 different times. Taco bell app picks the farthest Taco bell from me for some reason. All 3 times we have had cross contamination, burn or charred food, crushed food, dry food, missing items, and hardly anything in each items ingredients.

Bruh………. I literally put a mobile order in and they get the drinks completely wrong and no sauce… what are we doing… and yo add onto it girly wanted to argue with me when she just wasn’t reading the screen correctly.. Buck up and follow instructions Taco Bell.
