The food quality at this location has gone down significantly. I placed an order through the app and picked it up, only to find that every item was either made incorrectly or had extremely small portions. • The Grilled Cheese Burritos were made with noticeably smaller tortillas than what’s usually used. • The bowl was barely filled—about half of the usual portion. • The Doritos Locos Tacos (ordered with beans instead of beef) had a laughable amount of beans. It honestly felt like I was eating plain taco shells. • The fries were cold and chewy. Unfortunately, this hasn’t been a one-time issue. I’ve noticed this as a consistent trend lately. A year or two ago, I was genuinely impressed with this location, but the quality has declined significantly, which is what compelled me to write this

Drive through was incredibly slow. Zaxbys is faster than here. Once I got my order I left only to find out I was given someone else’s order. Printed on the receipt was the order and the food inside the bag didn’t match the receipt. I will never visit this location again. Plenty of other Quick and efficient places to eat

I drove up to the location. The signage and park lot lights were off, but cars were in the drive through and lights on inside. I went through the drive thru. I had to wait for about 15 to 20 minutes to order (i was the 4th car in line). I ordered the Luxe box and the new Diablo fries. They said that they did not have fries. I notice three other cars in front of me. I finally go to the window and 20 minutes later. I sat at the window for them to give me a burrito, drink, cinnamon twist and chalupa for over 20 minutes. He gave me the bag. I asked if it was to come in the box. They were out of boxes. I asked for taco sauces. They were out of sauces. I spent 55 minutes to get a $7 Luxe meal. I would like for corporate office to contact me.

I ordered a Pepsi with my meal. I didnt recieve a Pepsi. The guy disappeared to the back after giving me my food. Couldn't wait because I had to work.

Waited an hour to get our food in the drive through line. It’s usually a long wait at this location but never have we waited an entire hour. We waited so long that all the ice in our drink melted and we had to ask for another one… This location may need a management change. Good luck.
